What I Offer:

I provide individual online therapy for adults, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)-informed approaches to support people with a range of mental health difficulties. These include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD, stress, panic, agoraphobia, relationship difficulties, and psychological challenges related to physical health conditions.
