Therapy

I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience working in both mental and physical health services within the NHS, supporting adults with anxiety, depression, PTSD (both single-incident and complex), emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and other psychological concerns. I also help individuals adjust to significant physical health changes—navigating shifts in identity, roles, relationships, and the emotional impact of their condition.

Drawing on this experience, I offer individual online therapy for adults. I provide a warm and collaborative space where we can explore your difficulties, understand the patterns that maintain them, and develop strategies to help you move forward.

My approach is tailored to your unique needs and goals, using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)-informed approaches. Together, we will build an understanding of your experiences and work towards meaningful change.

If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d love to hear from you.
